Maybe it's time we get our heads out of politicians pants and start looking at what they do that affects us eh?

I think that only jane looked at the links I had here. All I'm trying to show is how much more interested we are in a possible illicit affair than in an important issue like voting machine tampering.

When Clinton was elected I remember the press making a big deal out of his looks, and interviewing women on the street asking why they voted for him. "Looks" was their answer.

We have crummy politicians because people are too lazy to look up voting records and research backgrounds of politicians to find out about them.

More likely that the best and the brightest goes to academia, and unfortunately most are from different countries. Business school produces scumbags.

Sleaze sells in politics. Smarts does not. I do agree, however, that people focus on all the wrong things when choosing candidate.
