LandAir and Ozark are good companies. my husband started out with Swift and J B Hunt. you have to have a year or so experience ( some 6 months) before you can choose any company you want. good luck to you. look on the web. there are lots of companies to choose from.

It depends on where you live and if you want to be home every night. If you want OTR driving there are a great deal of companies. As far as the best again it depends on what your looking for. J.B. Hunt. CRST, England, are just a few. These companies will keep you busy and you will be home maybe every 3 to 4 weeks. I think they also offer training so you won't have to put out the funds to get your CDL. Good luck, it is a great experience.

Old Dominion pays well and has decent benefits. Covenant is a good company to get started up with.
