There are however cheatCODES available for the Final Fantasy games if you use a program disc and code card such as Action Replay Max for the PS2 and Xbox. That activeate certain cheets by changeing the gamecode slightly to open backdoors into the game's code.
Be aware, that sdome cheats that are activated this way have sideeffect. Such as freezeing the games in movie scenes, makeing bosses invincible if the boss's HP was determined by your character's HP, and even keeping you from advanceing further in the game if you used the cheat to get all items, and it gave you all the KEY items as well.

no, there are no cheats to any of the final fantasy games.
there are glitches in some of the earlier games, like FFIV, but no cheats
besides, there's no reason to use a cheat. what part are you having trouble on, perhaps i can be of greater help, if i know where you're having trouble
