Of course they should have picked him up. And almost any team would have, just because of potential. People like to hate on him because he does cause drama, but that doesnt mean they shouldnt have picked him up. Because of how good he is, he is worth a shot, honestly the Cowboys, which are my fav team, arent going to win the superbowl without a big playmaker. He is worth a shot, and all because of this suicide stuff, it doesnt mean that hes not going to get his act together and help them. He was progressing nicely until he broke his thumb. Everyone gets depressed, but thats not a good reason to attempt suicide, all though im sure most people have had the thoughts go through their head. He is only a humanbeing, one that likes to cause drama, but he really hasnt caused any drama yet, people think the hamstring is drama? Nobody was saying that about Steve Smith, well actually a few people were but not nearly as much. Anyways his potential is great, why not take a risk?

TO has so much raw talent that he was going to land somewhere - even after almost single-handedly destroying the Eagles and the 49ers.
BUT, I was shocked at how much the Cowboys paid him! I thought he would be bargin-bin material, but they gave him a pretty decent, long term deal with a big signing bonus. So, I have no sympathy at all if this blows up in the Cowboy's face; in fact I'll be laughing at them.
So, was it a mistake to pick TO up? No - the mistake was rewarding his childlike behavior with big money.

Any team that picks up T.O. is a big mistake. I see him turning into a "Maurice Clarett". A self-destructive a**.

Nobody should have picked him up. He's wasted talent now. At least he won me some money in fantasy league before he got his bad attitude.

yes
He has mental problems, talk about a poor rule model for children. The NFL should give him the boot.
