I'm looking to build a smaller colonial house in Maine. But I have no idea where to start. I do have the land (2.5 acres) on paved road and in the country 20 min from town.
Any ideas? I need everything from permits to how to install the HVAC. Thanx

try www.homesofourown.org - but you will need a teacher or a builder to help you get the program. It's meant for kids, but all the info is accurate.
