It is probably good for your health. Certainly there are no health benefits from smoking. Drinking read wine has been linked to lower instances af heart disease although I wouldn't use that as a reason to drink.

So from a health point of view it is good.

I've tried many drugs and although initially some are good fun after a while the novelty wheeres off and I got sick of them so your better off without them anyway. I used to smoke and people only do that because they are addicited and can't stop. Drinking however is a pleasureable pass time and as long as you don't over do it, it is worth trying at least once before you die.

As long as you enjoy life then don't worry about it, just don't end up being one of these people that gets to 95 never having lived a single day.

It sounds like you've got yourself together and are a leader not a follower. You are doing the right thing staying away from alcohol, drinking and smoking. None of those things are healthy for your body or mind. You're doing great and should be proud of yourself because I know there's alot of peer pressure from friends to try this and try that. Stick to your beliefs and don't let anyone talk you into trying anything. You'll be a much better person and be a much more together person if you stay away from the things that bring you down. It sounds like you are a good influence on your friends too. You be the leader and don't give in to following those who are headed down the wrong path.

I have never taken drugs or smoke or drink. And you know what I have found is that it actually makes you stronger, because you have chosen to live in a different way despite all the temptation around you.

And what do you get out of all things?
Drinking: you get pissed (some call it enjoying yourself) later and probably throw (err sick). hmm I enjoy watching ppl doing "funny" things when they are drunk.

Drugs: A way to run away or forget about the real word problems...cowards do drugs

Smoking: Surely there are better ways to look stylish or spend your money.... and not to waste money and your health into a puff.

so anyway all them three things .... among many other human beings find "exciting" but they are bad.

Glad you got better life style than many others. :)

If you have to ask, you are worried that you might be missing something. I smoke, and take the occasional drink, but no drugs. I wish i could stop smoking though.
The answer as far as i am concerned is,,,,,,"good" but don't adopt your children though !!

The world tries to brainwash us and tell us what we should or should not be doing. I think it's great that you don't do any of those things. Most people drink or do drugs because they have problems in their lives. Obviously, you don't have that problem. Good job.

Keep it up! I used to do all three to the extent where I actually don't remember a couple years of my life. Honestly, they're gone. It's not something I would recommend to anybody, whether I know them or not. If anybody does try to get you to do it, they truly don't care for you and I would move on! Stay strong and true to you! Besides, you can waste alot of money on it, I know!
