According to the Social Security Fiscal Year 2007 Budget, all Social Security Trust Fund programs including retirement will receive a 2.6% cost-of-living adjustment increase in January 2007. This is probably between $25 and $35 for the average beneficiary.

Based on the inflation rate so far this year, I'd guess around 2 %.
