I am sorry to hear that it must be dreadful. Try to live each day to the full but as you want to. Make the most of your family and friends.

Get a second opinion, maybe even a 3rd opinion. What's wrong?
We're all dying if you want to be techinical about it. I'm sorry to hear about this situation, but there's a lot of technoligy in our world today, so don't ever give up. You know, most of us that are normal, the thought crosses our minds about what if there's no tomarrow? I believe we're all living in hell here, and heaven is the next life. I recently had a beloved friend die in a wreck and it tears me to peices. It was totally uncalled for. God is taking the good people first for some reason, he wants them to be saved from our ugly worlds ending, he knows something is coming for the rest of us here. Keep positive and never give up on hope and faite.

well, if you are a believer, you are gonna be alright, no matter what happens. I too was told I had 6 months to live, this on top of a kidney transplant the year earlier. Now I had bone cancer. I came home that night and got down on my knees and told God I needed a miracle. I wasn't afraid to die coz when the transplant was imminent I made my peace and adjusted my thinking. But I felt like the Devil was picking on me, and that meant God was the only one who could help. A week later my bone specialist did a bone marrow test to see how far it had advanced and Praise God it was no longer there. So my advice is live everyday like it is your last as long as you can and know that Jesus will be there to receive you. I will pray for you.

Life is temporary for all of us. I sometimes envision life as diving into the pool at birth and emerging from the other end at death. We come from the spirit and we return to it. That is our destiny. I have seen some whose life has been a mere matter of months from birth to death and I have seen a healthy old man of 102 accept his death with dignity. Both had an impact on the living and both were valued for who they were. Be the best person you can be for as long as you can and you will be remembered well by all of us. Have the best and happiest day that you can.

In 1983 a specialist in a chest clinic said the same to me. But I am replying to you in 2006! It was clearly not yet my time to go!

You live every day with clarity of vision and respect for all life, especially your own.

Sorry to hear this, what are you dying from? Medical technology has advanced alot, get a 2nd opinion. Dr's are human, and make mistakes. So get another diagnosis, it could'nt hurt. Good luck.
