this sounds like either of two conditions
1) Vasomotor rhinitis
2) Allergic Rhinitis
Both are simple to treat but there is no real cure. So learn to live with it.
For vasomotor rhinitis, avoid sudden changes in temperature and if possible try to sleep in warm conditions. Cold temperatures are often a potent trigger to start an episode of sneezing and runny nose hence the worsening of symptoms after a cold bath or shower. There are nasal sprays that can help reduce the secretions from the nose as well as reduce stuffiness, usually oxymetazoline based. A non-sedative antihistamine such as loratadine may also offer help in reducing symptoms.
For allergic rhinitis, the treatment is to avoid the triggering substance. If u wake up sneezing, is it possible that your bed sheets have not been changed for quite a while? Beds are notorious for harbouring dust mites and these can produce very strong allergens ( the faeces of the dust mite) that can trigger rhinitis. Often all is needed is a bed sheet change weekly to reduce the dust mite load. Another possibility is dust or pollen that can trigger hay fever like symptoms. Treatment is with a non sedative antihistamine like loratadine.
Although older antihistamines such as buclizine and chlorpheniramine are better at reducing symptoms, they do cause a significant amount of drowsiness and since u suffer these symptoms in the morning, I do not suggest using them as then u will feel like going to bed again.

I can really relate. Both my kitty & I have had this problem for some years. (What I can't figure, is after waking, & bath.) No over counter remedy has ever worked. Through lots of research, & my house call vet, it seems this MAY be INTERIOR environmental. I've had all all air ducts cleaned, A/C serviced, but still have some BLACK MOLD in one bathroom caused by water heater leakage in upper level condo. Do you have these symptoms outside of your home? As I do not, common sense tells me it's right here. If you can afford an environmental hygienenset, (!) they can discover the source if indeed it IS in your home. I wonder if this is seasonal? It could make quite a difference in your dealing with it. Good luck!

I suffer from the same problem. Once it starts it lasts for 2 days in a row. You can meet your doctor and consult him. Temprorary medical treatment does work.
However, my mother told me that pouring warm oil (2 drops) in each nostril and lying down helps control this. Remember to do this atleast twice in a month and see if it helps.

You either have a cold or an allergy.
Do you have a new soap or room freshener ??
Think about the changes in your surroundings when this started. See if you can figure it out.

Walk around with tubes up your nose, make the tubes lead to a containing device and then you can dump it on someone you do not like.
