I think your question means that you were confused by the behavior of people in water and in space. Differences are easy to find.

In water, the Archimedes force push the people upwards. This equilibrates the gravity. People under the water are more or less in equilibrium. In space, people are in free fall. This is an equilibrium state. Since they are moving at high speed they fall is longer than the earth radius. They are in orbit. They also are in equilibrium. Their behavior is analogous to the one in the swimming pool.

Do you mean that Astronauts train in water? That is not because water and space are identical, but just that being immersed in water and properly weighted can produce a very rough approximation of zero gravity as experienced in free-fall orbit, so it enables them to train for space operations without the expense of parabolic flights (which are a way of achieving brief periods of 'weightlessness'.

There is no air that is breathable in either. They are both weightless or at least water gives the impression of weightlessness. Your body is made up of mostly water so you are almost in equilibrium with the surrounding pressure of the water, except for the air in your lungs.
