ok is it true that once i reach a certain lenght it wont grow anymore even tho im 16 and my body can still grow i mean im not upset about how long i got but will it get bigger

Age isn't the only parameter to value here.
If the sexual development is ended (and you know that!) then your penis undergo no other change, even if you like differently!
After 16 years, your height could still be in progress, i.e.

men do not quit growing until 25....so you have 9 more years to get bigger
