If the threads in the head are truly stripped, you simply need to tap it larger and install an insert.

the two you might have a save set up a helicoil, or you will get the two a helicoil or a spark plug insert out of your close by suppy. once you faucet the plug hollow to develop it dip the faucet in heavy grease (as in purchase wheel bearing grease too) this might carry the metallic shavings to the faucet and that they are going to be bumped off with the faucet, then set up the helicoil or insert, make certain you're taking a pair of needle nostril plairs and attain in the process the hollow and twist the tang of the heilicoil conterclockwise to interrupt off and do away with.
