"I'm certain, if my husband and his national security team had been shown a classified report entitled, 'Bin Laden Determined To Attack Inside the United States' he would have taken it more seriously than history suggests it was taken by our current president and his national security team."
WHEN-
a presidential daily brief sent to president Bill Clinton December 4, 1998, just about three years before bin Laden attacked on 9/11:
"Bin Laden and his allies are preparing attacks in the U.S., including aircraft hijacking..."
Will Hillary now make a public apology for misleading the people as to the mistaken facts of her comment? Is she trying to rewrite history?

ABSTRACTED: Regardless of what "they" did, I'm saying Hillary's comments were factually incorrect and she needs to retract them.

'deny, deflect and verbally attack' that is the mantra of these ppl
both clinton's are known liars and most ppl even those who used to support them know what they are. its always amazing to me how someone can lie like that knowing there is evidence to the contrary but the clinton's got away with it before so why not now.
now if it were a republican....different story altogether.

Can you cite the "daily brief" or is this just something you heard on AM radio?
Okay, here is what they did: "To address the hijacking warning, the group agreed that New York airports should go to maximum security starting that weekend. They agreed to boost security at other East coast airports. The CIA agreed to distribute versions of the report to the FBI and FAA to pass to the New York Police Department and the airlines. The FAA issued a security directive on December 8, with specific requirements for more intensive air carrier screening of passengers and more oversight of the screening process, at all three New York City area airports.112
The intelligence community could learn little about the source of the information."
Addendum2: What I cite is evidence (from the 9/11 report) that the sdministration took the threat very seriously and responded accordingly. Nothing Hillary said is in disagreement with the commision's assesment so what should she retract?

That PDB was sent to Condoleeza Rice, who ignored it. It was NOT sent as a PDB to Clinton. You have your facts wrong.
Do you think that, prior to 9/11, the American people and the Republican Party would have gone along with Clinton waging a real war agaisnt Al Qaeda? NO WAY! It would have been seen as quixotic, Captain Ahabish, and unwarranted. You cannot retroject a post-9/11 consciousness on pre-9/11 times. The record shows that Clinton DID take Al Qaeda more seriously than the Bush people did prior to 9/11.

BOOB!!! Bush had a total of ZERO meetings about the terrorist threat before 9/11 even though he was handed a comprehensive plan to address the threat. Bush was too busy planning his first month long vacation to be bothered with Presidential stuff and Condi was shopping for shoes. How anybody can defend this administration is beyond comprehension...even Bush's dad doesn't talk to him anymore and he was the previous worst President in history.

U are fully entitled to yr political views, just as all of us are fully entitled to your views on your intelligence.
But what u are not entitled to is to manufacture information. Where have u got the info of the above memo? In a any balanced journal or a neo con paper.
But then I forget, did George Bush not take the country to war on the plea of Sadam having WMDs? And someone like u would presumably draw strenght from him. At least tell us what secret info u have on the WMDs. Where are they?

to respond to your question, No. Do you shop in ideas many years in the past at the same time as that guy named Dean ran for president. He changed into the front runner of the Democratic party for practically a three hundred and sixty 5 days. He lost the first regularly happening and anybody idea that it turned right into a fluke. Then he lost the 2d and 0.33, and so on. The media had him picked because the subsequent president because of his polls, yet they did not pan out contained in the vote casting sales area. the point is, do not difficulty about the polls from the media, difficulty about the vote casting effects.

Um.. Bush recieved a document that said Bin laden was going to attack and he didn't do anything...
But you always deny that..... so... um...
YOU'RE WRONG ABOUT CLINTON BECAUSE I SAY SO...
Um... no... I admit he didn't do enough. But you can't just ignore Bush's faults. That's closed minded and extremely BIASED. Hate one but love another when they both fail the same way. In the end thousands died and all you can do is blame an ex-president.

Hillary will say anything without regard to truth or fact. That makes her a very scary senator. Just think - she's one of a hundred serving this country right now. I don't know how many more lies the people of New York need to hear before they vote her out of office. I for one, will feel better when they do.

Why would any patriotic American want Hillary to tell lies, just as they have brushed over the fact that Bush took America to war based on a pack of NeoCon lies?

um, "no" is the answer to your question.
"hillary" is a dumb bimbo with the intent of going as far as the people let her. Lets watch this 'show' and see the mistakes made at the expense of the good people who are left.
Would be nice though if the bimbo just quietly went away.
'tis a share she doesn't have the intelligence.
