how come when i have an erection i cant pee until it gets soft i stand at the toilet for like a minute before i can pee then i get a little drip when i put it back in

It is because of all the blood flow went to the penis

You can pee when your penis is hard. It is just a lot harder to because you can't really bent it and you have a hard time aiming. Some guys will wait until they are soft again. That's personally what I do but then again that is just me. Most guys wake up with a hard on because when they are sleeping at night the bladder naturally fills up. So the guy would have a hard on until he goes and pees. After he does that then it goes down. It's natural.

I just push my hard dick towards the toilet bowl, kinda lean forward, wait for it to lose a bit of it's hardness and then pee, then i climb back into bed with a semi erection.

Because your prostrate gland closes off the access from the bladder so that urine won't get to your prostrate and the semen can flow out.
