Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Reason: Canada is a sensible country with no apparent interests in imperialism or world domination. The people are friendly, moderate, and progressive. And, they have much better health care than people in the US do.

i would like to be born in Venice, Italy. I would want to because that is my favorite country, and Venice is a city built over water, i think that is so amazing. i wonder how they built it, possibly over a island, i dunno, i think Venice is beautiful, i've never been there, but i've seen pics and people talking about it's vast beauty and culture which attracted me immediatly at that moment.

Houston, Texas. Because that's where I am now and have been all my life. Unless you have a horrible experience with your hometown, I can't imagine why you would want to be elsewhere.
