Slapper. She knew very well what she was getting into, and what her plans were, when she married Charles. She was a sly old toad who used the public for her own means.

Regardless of your opinion about the Lady have you no regard for her children's position?
Would you like someone to call your mum a old tart?
Why Jimmy Saville?

I think you have a problem with your role models and the best cure for that is to get a life, not to be jealous.

Whether you liked her or not on two counts I disagree.

1) She's dead and can't defend herself.
2) She's the future King's Mother. To insult her memory is to offend my future sovereign.

Jimmy Saville was no angel in his younger years. Just because he is now better known for charity work doesnt wipe the slate clean.

I don't think she deserved all the *** kissing she got, but she also didn't deserve all the bad press either. She was just a normal woman who happened to fall in love with the future king and then became miserable when it didn't work out. Just one of those things.

What does it matter to you what people think about the Princess of Wales.

Let the dead rest in peace. Have a little respect. You really don't have to annihilate a beautiful memory.

I was stopped in the middle of the Caroliners the week after she died and some Garage attendant offered me her condolences.

No idea what that was all about, i didn't know her.

She was entitled to use that style to her name. Her father after all was an Earl.

She was more Lady than some.

I think to call her a posh tart is an exaggeration , but i do think she was a sad sort of mother and the same could be said of Charles as a father .................. they both let their sons down
