choke sticking on vehicle?

my truck is 89 and in great shape but the choke started sticking , what can i use . or do i have to take to mechanic

If the choke is sticking, take off the air filter and spray the carburator with some carb cleaner, especially around the choke to clean off the varnish that may be causing it to stick.

What make is your truck? Very few 89 trucks have chokes.
