Some dermotologists can easily do this in their office, they numb the area and cut it off. You won't feel a thing and shouldn't have any scar that is real noticable.

I agree with what everybody else has said. I have had 2 moles removed. They are right, the worst part is the shot. Feels a bit like a bees ting for a second. You don't feel a thing after that. I had a large one removed from my back and had to have 2 stitches to close the wound. Then the only pain after that was taking off the band-aid. Go for it. Skin cancer isn't worth it!

it think you are talking about skin tags. little skin colored things that are usually on you neck or under arm area, under breast and on other warm spots on your body.
you can have them easily removed by a dermatologist. if they are indeed skin tags and not moles then you can remove them by using the wart freezing stuff by compound w, it is the same way the derm. will remove them.

Dermatologists can freeze them and remove them with a razor blade. Its a little painful but it will be permanent!!

You cannot do that unless you have a surgery. My husband had one and had it removed, but they had to figure out first that it was not cancerous.
