He has no hair on his body, he's got a six/eight pack when he doesn't work out that much, he's very sensitive and cries when strangers or someone he knows dies.

no, it sounds like he's taking steroids.
hermaphrodites are born looking like one sex, and then at puberty change so that they look like the other sex. at least that's what i've heard, i've never actually met a hermaphrodite.
