Vince Carter has not been the same player he since the knee surgery awhile back. However... he will still dunk on you!!
In my opoinion, yes, Vince Carter is still the best dunker/player in the game today!!

Who is Vince Cater? Carter? Who cares who is the best dunker? The ability to "play" basketball is more important than dunking ability. Carter will never win a championship because he's a selfish me-first type of player who screwed the Raptors and when he gets restless will screw the Nets.
As far as dunks, I'll take Dwayne Wade's ones in the NBA Finals and his ring.
