First Aid offices
Adequate safety patrol
A competant maintenance crew to keep rides safe.
Litter control. Garbage cans everywhere and easily accesible.
Areas to sit down in sun and shade ...offer both.
Free Ice Water to anyone who asks for it.
ATM machines
Large variety of rides for all types of "thrill" levels
Selection of shows and activities.
Stroller/ wagon/ wheelchair rentals
Lockers for public use
Nice interesting landscaping with good upkeep.
Nice areas for line ques......use of fans tv's and canapys to keep guests out of direct sun.
Air conditioned buildings that guests can retreat to if its too hot.
These are just a few sugestions.

the characters the theme park represents. Disneyland would not be Disney land without Mickey Minnie Goofy Donald Aladin Ariel and so on........
Then you have to have rides and prizes to go along with the theme. That is why it is a theme park

Plenty of restrooms and places to eat. Rides spread out enough to fill the space, but not so far you have to walk forever. Variety.
