UK only please , I need to find a courier who will deliver carpets ??

Question

The size of the roll is four metres in length thats thirteen feet one inch not very wide though around twelve inches.The weight should not exceed 25 kg. I have tried everyone i can think of and none of them accept packages over 3 metres in length, With one exception being dhl who want nearly a hundred quid? Has anyone got any ideas?? thanks.

I think you are lucky to find that DHL will do it. I had to hire a local; man with a van.

look in your yellow pages for a man with a van and inyour local paper and advertise fora man with a van in your local shops and supermarkets or hire a van yourself
