My answers would be in this order: C, A, C.
I don't particularly enjoy reprimanding or berating people for their irresponsible behavior unless they are children in need of guidance. If I was your boss I would let it slide for that one occasion. If it was a habitual, I would be more concerned about your job performance and possibly pull you aside and question you as to why you are not getting enough sleep at home. IE. (Are you under the influence of substance abuse or heavy medication? Personal problems at home? Underlying medical conditions?) If I was your peer or underling, I would hold your hand and warn you that your days at work could be numbered and you'd be percieved as less of an asset to the company for sleeping on the clock, and I wouldn't want that to happen to you.

-if i am your boss: b- if it's the first time, a-if it's the second time, and no c.
-if i am your equal: a- would be the first choice, c- if i'm very close to you as a friend, and c- if you and i have conflicts.
-if i am your underling: c- because i don't care, you will be judged on your quality or being my boss by other managers and customers; b- tell the higher boss if you do it more than twice; a- not a good idea because i'll just get myself in trouble.

Boss
I'd repremand you verbally for the first offense and draw a mustache

Equal
Draw on a mustache

Underling
Draw the mustache

As your boss I would (b) write you up.

If I were your equal I would (d - other) probably let you continue sleeping yet feel some resentment towards your lazy behavior.

If I were your underling I would (d - other) loose all respect for you as my superior. Why take direction from a lazy boss?

first of all it depends where we are working. like if your a bus driver and fall asleep of course i'd fire you. but if you had a desk job. i'd probably wake you and tell you not to do it again. same for equal and underling. i wouldn't draw on your face because what if i fall asleep? then you'll be looking for payback.
