Eggs are great in moderation. If you like eggs and like to have more than 4 per week, then try the egg substitute "egg beaters". You can cook with it and even bake with it. It's actually quite good.

Eggs in moderation are good for your health. You have to concerned with your entire daily intake, not just look at the eggs. Don't eat 3 sausages, 3 pieces of bacon, 3 pancakes AND eggs in one sitting.

I'm 34 and Ive had a triple bypass i used to eat eggs all the time , it is good to have 3 a week or so you can if you like say you like eggs allot and you want like to have them many times a week do this break open your eggs but only use one of the yokes it will give it its color and taste but save you the cholesterol or eat beaters they take awhile to cook but they taste just fine although they are a Lil pricey

Egg is high in protein,so it is a very good food for a body builder and children but for older people who has heart problem Doctor don't recommend it because it also has a high level of cholesterol,though all cholesterol are not bad, the one in the eggs are not highly recommended.

Egg is good if you are young & it helps in keeping you healthy. If you are old, say, above 40 years, better to avoid the yolk (yellow portion) of the egg as it contains lot of fat. The white portion is harmless.

I don't think egg is good for health,instead i can say fruits and vegetables are good for heath.
