Quantum physics has shown that a single particle of matter exists not just in one position, but in several places at once. It can exist as both a particle and as part of a wave at the same time. Since we also are made up of these particles, we too then must exist in many states at once. (theory of David Deutsch)

Your question doesn't really make sense, at least not scientifically. Translated otherwise, what you're asking, essentially, is: Can unexplained phenomena be explained by referring to unresolved scientific questions?
Short answer: Yes, but it has no scientific value. You can always explain the unexplained by the unknown, but what's the point? It's like saying: We don't know everything there is to know about fruit flies (Scientists are still studying them), could fruit flies hold the key to a cure for cancer? Possibly, but there has been no reason to pursue that particular area of inquiry.

That is a good theory considering I have always thought that we were not the only species in the universe. Since none of us can really elaborate on what is out there we can only suspect that there might be a parallel universe. We are not for sure how much more information about Quantum physics and what are the limits, of course there are so many questions out there that I would even like to know too! But I guess when you sit down and think about it you just have wait to see, Time will tell!!!!!

The eighty or so dimensions that make up our local sub-section of the Multivers create the illusion that a particle of matter may either have its energy level or position measured but not both at once. Trans Dimensional beings may sneak across the boundary and appear as somekind of disembodied spirit. Aliens on the other hand live in low rent neighborhoods and drive taxi cabs.

Aliens don't need a parallel universe to exist, they simply need to exist in this universe and somehow develop interstellar transportation technology (Easier said than done).

As far as spirits go, although unlikely, since a person is more than the sum of their biology, and the mind can persist for a limited time outside the livng body, it is possible, however unlikely for spirits to exist in this universe as a tenuous or fery weak energy field of some sort.

You are using one example of a photon which exists as a particle and a wave and has no mass. However when speaking about electrons it still has not been proof that it will occupy 2 points in space at the same time.

Parallel universes and quantum mechanics are very different ideas. Only elemental particles and microscopic masses display quantum effects.

Parallel universes could very well explain the existence of spiritual entities. Unfortunately, the notion of parallel universes has pretty well fallen out of favor in cosmology.

Still, you could have angels tucked into higher dimensions...

Why do you think there are mysteries of Spirits and Aliens that need explanation? If there were such mysteries, I would, at least at first, expect there was a natural explanation and it would need to be consistent with known physics. Since there is a lot of freaky, weird stuff in modern physics (especially that part of it that is not well-established and therefore highly speculative) there might be explanations to be had there. Science fiction is full of this kind of speculation.

Certainly to support the plot of a supernatural thriller novel or movie. However, to the best of my knowledge there's no mystery regarding Spirits, Aliens, etc, since there's no evidence.

No, not unless you are misunderstanding quantum mechanics... which you are here.
