I guess what im asking is how is it done, how does it work, and what is the purpose. Im under the impression that its either for better gas mileage, or its an equivalent to a NOS system, only for a diesel. Enlighten me.

As previously said, it's expensive. Also complicated. URL for installation is the first one below.

Seems to be a minimal increase in fuel mileage, most seem to do it to be able to drive faster. URL for testimonials is also below, of course put out by the manufacturer of such system, so probably nothing negative there.

And the last one, from four wheeler, discusses some of the reasons for propane injection.

IT IS VERY COMPLICATED, IF YOU ARE NOT CERTIFIED, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY BETTER NOT TO TOUCH IT, THE COST OF MODIFICATION WOULD COST AROUND 10,000, EVEN IF YOU DO IT YOURSELF, STILL COST A HANDSOME OF 4,000,00.FOR THE COMPONENTS.
