I'm assuming a Hotel guest book ? if i were you and you are nice with the guests , then they will know it is not true.

You might want to let them lnow politely that their comment wasn't appreciated and why, don't be nasty in return- that only reduces you to that level. If it continues just ignore it, it's childish
