Luckily for you, you can't suddenly become a photon.
All photons travel at the speed of light.
One bad thing about "being" a photon is that photons do not experience time. From a photon's point of view, no time elapses between when it is emitted and when it is absorbed. You would never realize that you were a photon.

If you were to suddenly become a photon, the amount of energy which would be released from your transformation would result in motion, therefore, you would move at the speed of a photon.
