I am an international student,my advisor(boss,sponsor)force me everything follow him,include some immoral stuff,he hits me if not,he can totally determine my grade,school performance and future,if I want to transfer to other school,he will give me trouble,sounds like threat and blackmail,but no evidence left,I wonder why advisor is so powerful to extort his student?

Where do you study? Hitting a student is already against law. What kind of a supervisor is he..changing a supervisor shouldn't be that difficult?

wright everything down as to dates, time, place, what was said. he has to be doing this with others so enlist help from them two or more with the same complaint makes it more creditble and takes away the did to, did not argument. Then go not just over his head but to the top dog.
