For example, if a black cat crosses your path its bad luck, or if you kill a cat you get 9 years "crosses". Has this or anything similar ever happened to anybody? Just wondering.

....No, Not If You Put it That Way ,,Then No...I Believe that we make our life the way it is...I do believe that if you put out positive and good energy ,,you will get back good...Put out bad you'll get bad..... so Karma,,one does not always see this always right away,,But just look at anyone that is really doing bad things and watch all the bad things that end up in their life..You have to watch very hard ..Some people might even SEEM to get away with things...Honestly they are not,, it will catch up with them...

A lot of people - magicians, philosophers, poets, scientists - talk about a sort of 'balance' that exists. Take one thing away and another thing - air, ether, whatever - will rush into its place. Raise something and by necessity something else must be lowered. Maybe bad luck and good luck are part of that balance - which would mean that black cats and broken mirrors are just coincidental to bad luck, not necessarily catalysts. But then again, who knows?

no i think its all psycological i dont think it has any place in reality .if u started believing in all the superstitions ull end up taking ur life rather than it being taken away from u .
