alot of later model Mercedes Benz vehicles do not have oil level dipsticks.
You have to check your oil level thru your dash boards on board computer.
Your owners manual will tell you how to do this.
If you want a dipstick and yours doesn't have one, You can purchase one from Mercedes

in the back left hand side alloy.. I have the same car, tinted windows and a deck, a bumber too!

go to auto parts store. Most will be happy to help you. Check transmision fluid and power steering. Buy a jug of window wash to say thanks!!!
