You find a site that will host your web site.

For example

http://www.blogger.com/start?hl=en?utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-emea-google&utm_medium=ha&utm_term=free%20web%20page&gclid=COKdr5-DzocCFQx4MAodTGSfMQ

Hi There!
There are many different ways to make web pages. Do you want to write your own HTML? XHTML? or are you looking for a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) type page? Your isp should offer you some free web space. Yahoo geocities does this also, so if you have a Yahoo email address you already have web space. You just add elements to your page and publish it from within geocities. Let me know if you need me to elaborate on any of this.

i'm no longer extremely particular what you're asking. i imagine (judging through your question) that you'll construct a information superhighway website and then upload extra code to the middle of that information superhighway website. the suitable way that i will work out to purpose this, will be to examine the web website so as that the first information superhighway website seems clone of it is going to, with a div tag contained in the middle correct configured (CSS) that you'll easily reproduction paste code into the div tag. Then both employing Javascript or only copying and pasting the code, placed the code into the div tag. If that would not answer your question, then upload some extra information to the question. ideal clarification is mandatory.

One of the best sites on the web is:
http://www.lissaexplains.com

It is geared for children, but believe me, she explains it for the average novice! I think you'll love it. Plus the site has message boards where you can ask questions, and receive answers from others who are building their own site.

Good Luck

Go to http://www.geocities.com and get started there. Plenty of resources, free hosting, plus it's a Yahoo! service. Use the PageBuilder - very easy drag-n-drop interface for newbies to web design.
