I used to look dark and tanned. Now I am using the MD whitening series (from Japan). VERY GOOD and FAST result too.

Exuviance Essential Skin Lightener Gel. This has the same ingredients as some of the very expensive skin whiteners so it works the same.

Stay away from sun and tanning. There are lotions that smooth and tone to make skin more resilient, many from Avon or Almay if you have skin sensitivity. Also, Vitamin E adds glow to skin tone. Also, stay away from products with alot of fragrance, this can cause skin to look dull or blan.
Why the white skin? Are you splotchy from sun damage or rashes?
