It sounds like the tube thats drains the water is clogged.
You will have to disconnect it and run hot water through it or replace it.

Sounds like the drain tube is clogged....clean it with water, adding a little bleach to keep it clear or mold and such. Also, always move the fridge out and vacuum the coils on the back and all areas underneath. The more dust, the less efficient it is and costs money by running longer. The units attrack dust, even if you are a clean freak like me.

What I do is to empty the fridge (you'll see why) then go round the back and locate the flexible tube which ends just above the plastic tray over the compressor (that's the black thingy which gets hot and vibrates :-)) I bend down and blow up the tube. No, not with explosives but the huff, puff, blow your house down type of blow.
I then go back round the front and clean all the crud that's splattered around the inside of the fridge. That was why I emptied it to start with, now you know.

The drain hose often runs down th back of the fridge on the outside into a drain pan were it evaporates. Don't call a repairman they charge a minimum of 75 dollars for a visit.

Remove lower drawers and ensure all drains are open and not clogged with food or other deposit that would cause the water not to drain. Run a stiff object up inside the tube from the bottom if you can to free the id of the drain tube.

It might be the hose in back is plugged? You can pull it off and clean it out and see if that works? Happened one time to my mom's fridge, we took the air compressor and cleaned it out. Hope it helps. Good luck.

If its a sparkling refrigerator, it would maximum possibly be in guarantee. Make a service call and function the refrigerator repaired at no value to you. go away it as much as the pros on a sparkling equipment cuz in case you commence taking aside issues you will void your guarantee after which you're caught. in case you have not have been given someone instruction manual, bypass on your broking and tell em to get one for you. it's going to maximum possibly be unfastened besides.
