simple,dont get them . i made my boyfriend stop a long time ago because they look horrible.
alternatively polo necks. i didnt find concealer worked, just looked like concealer on my neck hiding a hikkie.

you can't get rid of them...use make-up, wear a turtle neck or now days a scarf would be more stylish...lol

do hot compress on the area then massage it. if that doesnt work and you need it to dissappear right away, a good concealer of your skin's color will do.

If its on your neck then just wear clothes that will cover it!
Or alternatively don't get em, there nasty!
