I much more enjoy working on arms and upper body than I do legs or lower body. Just worked arms and chest moderately hard on Monday and am wondering if today (Wed) is too early to do both muscle groups again ..

It's Good to have a Day on- Then a Day off the same sets of Muscles when working out!
You can allow too much lactic acid to be produced-therefore making the muscle set difficult to work efficiently!

I personally found the more Breaks you take -the more effective the Muscle Build and development works when in action( I'm taking Professional Rock Climbing!).

Balance the Working of Muscles with some Aerobic exercise - Allows the Muscles to tone !
We are all different and what worked for me may not necessarily work for you-But hey!

my opinion as a physician and a body builder that you should give any muscle group a rest of 2 days or at least 1 , because during rest day the muscle will be built , and if you don't do this the muscle will go into spasm and fatigue
