Natural Quit Smoking Magic

I tried many times to quit smoking. What finally worked for me was to smoke a whole carton of cigarettes, one right after the other. If you are a heavy smoker you might need to do 2 cartons. I did it late at night and when I woke up I absolutely couldn't stand the smell of cigarettes. I had to clean the house and for years I felt nauseated if I was near smoke. I wouldn't try this if you are in poor health. I think you need to deal with the issues about why you smoke because years later you will be tempted. Your friends and lifestyle change too. Stay well, Purplume

Have someone to quit for.

When I had someone to quit for, I did quit.
When I lost her, I started again. I have no one to quit for.
I don't care enough about myself to quit being alone.
I have dated a few times and she doesn't smoke. I don't smoke around her, and it doesn't bother me. Nothing serious involved, but I don't even think about cigs.

Sorry, but cold turkey is your only man.
It helps if you stop taking all forms of caffeine ca 2 weeks before you stop.
I never managed to stop until I tried that.
