I am 3 1/2 weeks pregnant, and for the last 4 or 5 days my poor breasts have been really swollen (gone up atleast a cup size) and inside they have sharp hot pains. The outter sides of them feel really sore, as do underneathe. Any ideas on how to alleviate this pain, or anyone with similar experience? And yes, I do have a daughter from before, but she is almost 6, so it was a long time since I went through this.

try wearing a sports bra too keep them closer to your boby or try using a ace bandage over your bra...thats what I did i went up a cup size and a half.

cabbage leaves. Of course I was told to do it AFTER pregnancy to help with the pain from engorged breast. I'm not sure if it's the same since you are still pregnant.

Take a hot bath or shower or put some ice of them, cold or hot gel patches they sell them at target really cheap and they are awesome it helps when you are breastfeeding too.

Ice packs and cool showers also 1 tylenol will do the trick. Good luck and congrats

cooled cabbage leaves, they fit right into your bra. but you might want to get that checked out because you are having sharp hot pains

Try a heating pad, that should help the swelling. If you don't have a heating pad, use hot wash cloths.

try to put cabbage on them, sounds weird but after having the same problem, i tried and it helped.
