how old are you? I mean if you are like in grade 7 or 8 you can write her a note... and tell her how she caught you by surprise and you find her to be amazing. If you are in high school, dont't write the note- she may think you are being immature, then you should actually go up to her and talk to her, I mean the chances of her saying yes to going out with you are pretty slim if she doesnt know you at all...

jjust ask her if she has a minute and let her know that you have been seeing her and you think that she is a really nice lady, then ask her if she would like to go out some time or go out for a cup of coffee

lets see..... ask her! Just tell her you would like to catch a movie sometime or take her out... or even maybe invite her to go bowling with you and some of your friends there are many ways to do it.
