can chewing niccorette gum make you loose your taste and smell?

NO it won't make you lose your taste or smell senses. Your senses would be affected greater if you keep smoking. Smoking can cause the loss of taste & smell, even if the gum did do it, it'd only be temporary as opposed to the lifetime loss smoking would cause

nicotine in the gum can effect both taste and smell, just as when you smoke or dip or chew. I tried quitting with the patch and the gum, but nothing worked except cold turkey. I have been nicotine free now for almost 11 years.

Drink some water after chewing as this well get rid of that peppery taste right away also avoid sticking it up your nose and your sense of smell will return!!!

no it cant. but at the moment you are chewing or shortly after you may feel that way. to me the gum always had a peppery taste to it. but after chewing it a while I got use to it.

Yes, the stuff is sweetened with aspartame. It can rot your insides!

Just check out the side effects of it.
