Have her call you or get a calling card or IM her. Your best deal might be to get a VoIP phone such as Vonage or VoicePulse. Get it so that it has the same area code as yours and send it to her. Then when she plugs it up to her high speed internet connection and then to a phone, she can call u and u can call her as if she is across the street. VoIP phones work the same no matter where you are! They are a perfect solution for your situation, u can talk unlimited to her for about 20 something bucks a month.
