OK I am 14 and homeschooled. I just found out I have four nuts. I have 2 sacks 2 of the nuts are separate in one sack in the other sack the nuts are joined I only want two is there sugery I can go through or what???

First, you must discuss this with your parents. Leaving them in the dark will only aggravate the problem.
Second, yes there is surgery you can go through and that should be the best answer for you.
However, at the risk of sounding insensitive, this is a very special medical condition which would benefit from additional research. I am curious (being the scientist-type and all) as to what the effects of multiple testicules within one scrotum can have on sexuality, erections, ejaculations, etc...

Assuming you are not just jerking us around there are several conditions that cause the other tissues and the testes to swell which might feel like extra testicles. These can be very painful and require immediate medical care.
See a Dr right away. If they are swelling as fast as you claim and your parents are not at home call the E.R. right away. You may need to go by ambulance as if uncontrolled the swelling can actually burst the scrotum.

I wish kids weren't so scared about talking to their parents, trust me, we Want you to confide in us, don't be embarrassed, we all know how hard it is, we get embarrassed too ya know, talk to them..Please, they can get you the help you need, and I'm sure your mom or dad already know about this seeing they changed you diaper when you were a baby, maybe they're waiting for you to ask some questions, believe in them..please !!
