who is the property management agent for albert mall in Singapore?

have checked with URA, and was advised that it is LTA. But unfortunately, i have not gotten any reply from LTA yet.

I am not too sure. But if you are talking about the external area, LTA is the Managing Agent for these type of mall. I am not too sure if they have outsource to private sectors to run the show for them. Basically, URA just developed the Mall and LTA should be maintaining it
