The only evidence to support reverse digestion comes from the South Park episode named Red Hot Catholic Love. It is episode number 8 from the 6th season of the prgram. The Eric Cartman character discovered that one can insert food into the anus and then defecate out of the mouth. This practice becomes widespread when it is reported on the local South Park, CO news that this method of eating is healthier than the traditional method where one places food into the mouth. However at the end of the episode it is revealed that there was no scientific basis for this claim. In summary, I would not recommend that you change from the standard practice of eating.
