So you got your period? I would go to the doctors and have them take a blood test- it is more accurate.

No, the test isn't wrong. You can get a false negative with a home pregnancy test but not a false positive. You only get a positive if the test detects hcg hormones. You only have hcg hormones when your pregnant. Some women still have a period or two (sometimes even more than that) when they are pregnant. I had one shorter & lighter period than normal with 3 out of 4 of my pregnancies. Go to the doc just to be safe. Good luck & congrats.

these tests are not 100 % accurate. That being said, it is possible that you still could be pregnant. Is the flow heavy or just spotting? Go see your OBGYN, let them perform a routine exam on you. It is possible to have a menstrual cycle while being preg. Also you can have your doc. do a blood test to check for pregnancy, these are far more accurate. Best wishes to you.

What you are most likely experiencing is the bleeding that occurs when the baby implants into your uterus. No worries unless the bleeding gets heavy or doesn't go away. Then you could be experiencing a miscariage or an ectopic pregnancy. Another thought, some women do get regular periods during their pregnancy. It's rare, but it happens. If the bleeding gets bad, see a doctor immediately.

It could be, those tests are never 100%, but chances are if you are also 2 weeks late, you're probably pregnant. Now would be a good time to talk to a doctor.

It is possible to get a false positive, but there are more likely answers. One is that some women still bleed and it can be normal but you should check with your doctor. The other is that you could be having a miscarriage and you should go to the hospital, particularly if it's heavy bleeding or if you have pain.
