Depends on your life. We each have a different schedule to keep. It seems to be in the am something like 7-8 am..but it all depends on the person.

You should get 7-9 hours of sleep each night. I also read somewhere that people who wake up before 7:20 am have a higher stress level. So, try to get up after that ;)

After a full 8 hours sleep.

If you go to sleep at 23:00 you can wake up at 07:00.

i f u sleep around 2, or 3 in the morning, and u have work in the morning i guess at 7 or 8 would be make, but not for me, i have to leave my house at 6:30 soooo, i much be awake at lest before 6

when we want to but sadly not all of us get that treat but otherwise i dont think you should sleep anymore than 10 hours a night any more is to long and you end up tired and sluggish for the rest of the day

Biologically speaking, we're programmed by evolution to wake up at sunrise, so that'd be favourite, if you can fit it into your lifestyle.
