Yes, it's a word!
The English language is constantly evolving, and if enough people use a term consistently it will get into the dictionary as a genuine word! The dictionary doesn't tell us what we should and shouldn't say, it describes language as it is actually used. Moreish is an adjective that means 'so pleasant to eat that one wants more'. Yum!

Many words are created out of other words into "slang" because there is no other current word to describe what we want. For me, moreish means something is so good that you want more, and you can't stop (generally food, eg salted crisps).
Lots of words have been added to the dictionary because of common use.
I say, in a culture where we are resorting more and more to technology and letting it work for us rather than using our own creative energies, i welcome individuality from people, so be it via the creation of new words.

No I doubt it is a word although I tend to use words that make sense or make sense to people anyways like funner instead of more fun.

Moorish however is a word which describes certain types of Muslimic people

It is not a word but slang and it has no place in language or the dictionary, as far as I can see.
