Multicultural is a term used for a person, situation, or group that takes the traditions and or customs of several different cultural people groups and combines them....
or something along those lines:)

a citizen is someone who was born in that country, state, city whatever you are talking about at the time. Multicultural is someone who has parents that are of different cultures.
