There must be some Fall Festivals going on all over NJ soon. Check the local newspapers or look online for the certain cities you are looking for and find the Chamber of Commerce in those cities and call them or look it up online.
There are tons of concerts in NJ, you can check Ticketmaster for NJ in the search box.
Food.......well, the food is great no matter where you go.....so it is really hard to say.

Music store and a grocery store, unless you mean where do you find a place that you could listen to music and eat food at the same time. Well Im from south Jersey and I could name quite a few places, but I won't do that because it might be a waste if you live up North :)
