The trick here is the multiplication by 9.

Try multiplying any number by nine and the adding the individual digits together until you get a single number. Guess what.... 9!

E.G. 438 x 9 = 3942. 3+9+4+2 =18; 1+8 = 9.

Any calculations before this multiplication are irrelevant, other than as a diversion. Calculations after this point are used to produce limited options for country, animal, colour.

There was one last year that if you worked out how many pints a week you have, you could work out someone's age. But it only worked in 2005 for some reason.
